Recruitment privacy notice

This notice explains how Mohan Spintex India Ltd ("MSIL", "we") uses the personal information you give us when you apply for a job through this portal.

What we collect

• Identity and contact details — name, date of birth, gender, address, email, mobile.
• Education and employment history, current and expected pay, notice period.
• Documents you upload — resume, photograph, certificates, ID proof.
• The role you applied for and the progress of your application.

Why we use it

• To assess your suitability for the role and to run the recruitment process.
• To contact you about your application and, if you are hired, to create your employee record.
• To meet our legal and statutory obligations as an employer.

Who sees it

Your application is available to MSIL's HR and recruitment team and the hiring managers for the role. It is stored in MSIL's HR system. We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for marketing.

How long we keep it

If you are not selected, we keep your application for up to 12 months after the decision, then delete or anonymise it. If you are hired, your record becomes part of your employee file and is retained under our employee data policy.

Your choices

You can ask us to correct or delete your application data by contacting our HR team. Providing the information is voluntary, but we cannot process an application without it.
